Job description

Working Days: 3 days/week

Working Hours: 8am - 5pm

Work Location: West Coast, Clementi

Company Transport: Provided from Choa Chu Kang, Jurong East & Clementi MRT stations

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in ERP system implementation by conducting checks, verifications, and reconciliations
• Support teams with various accounting tasks
• Perform data entry and maintain data integrity
• Compile, verify accuracy, and sort financial information
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Supervisor

Job Requirements:

• Minimum GCE “O” Level qualification or higher
• Basic accounting knowledge required; experience with AutoCount is preferred
• Good knowledge of Excel
• Able to multi-task and pay attention to details
• Experience in ERP migration will be advantageous
• Able to commit for the full assignment period (May - August 2025)
