Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years’ experience is preferred.
• Good understanding of electrical works and able to read Single Line Drawings.

• Monitor project budgets, control costs, and ensure timely submission of progress claims.
• Supervise worker site progress and coordinate with clients.

Job description

Job Responsibilities :

• Project Planning & Coordination: Develop schedules, forecast engineering activities, and procure materials.
• Budget & Cost Control: Monitor project budgets, control costs, and ensure timely submission of progress claims.
• Procurement Management: Prepare quotations, and plan out design requirement.
• Team Management: Supervise worker site progress, coordinate with clients, main contractors, LEW and consultants to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare project update report.
• Prepare quotations and drawings.
• Sourcing for parts and project required resources.
• Site coordination and project manage.

Pre-Qualifications:

• ITE, BCA or Polytechnic qualifications in Electrical / M&E or FM.
• 1 to 2 years’ experience is preferred.
• Independent, high integrity, organized with positive work attitude, safety minded and awareness
• Good communication skill.
• Team player with ability to work independently.
• Good understanding of electrical works and able to read Single Line Drawings.
• Resourceful.
