Job scope

Responsibilities

• Assist the Group CCO in the execution of business strategies, specifically in sales and marketing-related initiatives.
• Provide analytical support by reviewing business processes and identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization.
• Generate data-driven insights to aid in strategic decision-making and drive business growth.
• Coordinate and support business-critical projects to ensure timely execution and success.
• Collaborate with various teams to align business objectives with operational execution.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and communications for internal and external stakeholders.
• Handle confidential business information with discretion and professionalism.
• Any other duties assigned by Group CCO

Requirements

• MBA from a recognized institution.
• Fresh graduates with MBA are welcome to apply.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in Mandarin highly desired to engage effectively with Chinese speaking stakeholders.
• Knowledge of business process modeling and data visualization tools is an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong business acumen and a proactive mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
