Job description

The ideal candidate will oversee the online marketing strategy for the organization by planning and executing digital marketing campaigns. This candidate will launch advertisements and create content to increase brand awareness. This candidate will have previous marketing experience and be able to monitor the company's social media presence.

Inventory & Operations

  • Maintain stock accuracy and restock proactively.
  • Track batch numbers, expiry dates, and ensure quality control.
  • Handle purchase orders and supplier coordination.
  • Prevent overselling by syncing stock across platforms.
  • Record samples, replacements, and promotions accurately.

Sales & Customer Relations

  • Drive sales and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Promote new products and offers.
  • Address inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
  • Provide post-sales support, including order follow-ups.
  • Negotiate pricing and contracts with stakeholders.

Digital Marketing & Content

  • Create and schedule engaging social media content.
  • Manage and optimize digital ad campaigns.
  • Analyze marketing performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS).
  • Allocate budgets strategically for maximum ROI.
  • Manage affiliate marketing and partnerships.

E-commerce & Website Management

  • Update and maintain product listings.

  • Implement SEO strategies for better search visibility.
  • Enhance website navigation and user experience.
  • Ensure pricing and product details remain consistent.

Pricing & Market Analysis

  • Conduct market research for competitive pricing.

  • Factor in logistics, GST, marketing, commissions, and samples.

Requirement:

  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field, OR relevant work experience.
  • Experience in e-commerce operations or digital marketing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing and social media management.
  • Basic photography and content creation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
