Position Overview

The Project Manager shall liaise with various business stakeholders on requirements gathering, evaluation, and procurement award processes, including forums presentation for approval. The individual will own the success of the end-to-end procurement activities and support the Infrastructure Services team across Public Healthcare systems.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Manage the entire project lifecycle from RFP to delivery.
2. Plan and allocate manpower resources required for projects to meet objectives.
3. Drive procurement activities, including scope and funding approvals.
4. Guide the team to establish project management frameworks in accordance with quality policies.
5. Develop and maintain the Project Management Plan covering scope, objectives, governance, vendor management, schedule, budget, risks, and communication.
6. Provide timely updates to stakeholders on project progress, issues, risks, resources, and budgets.
7. Manage project financials, including budget and cash flow.
8. Ensure deliverables and testing meet requirements using tools like the Requirement Traceability Matrix.
9. Ensure compliance with policies such as the HealthTech Instruction Manual, including security and data management policies.
10. Review deliverables to minimize rework and system failures, developing mechanisms to prevent recurrence.
11. Guide risk mitigation and issue resolution within the project team.
12. Identify and evaluate project risks during planning and implement mitigation plans.
13. Implement communication strategies to align stakeholders on project scope, objectives, and timelines.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; Master’s preferred.
2. Proven experience managing IT infrastructure projects, focusing on systems and networks.
3. PMP or equivalent certification is advantageous.
4. Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and networking principles.
5. Proficiency with project management tools and software.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
7. Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
9. Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
