Job Responsibilities :
Manage and respond to all enquiries from various channels with the objective of securing bookings.
Provide excellent post-booking client service in accordance with the company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to maintain high service standards.
Oversee all aspects of tour operations in alignment with the company’s SOP to support Finance operations and enable accurate statistical analysis.
Conduct post-tour follow-ups with clients to gather feedback and identify potential future opportunities.
Ensure all feedback is well-organized and communicated to the product team for continuous improvement.
Assist in marketing activities as required, contributing to promotional efforts and brand awareness initiatives
Job Requirements :
Min. GCE ‘O’ Level qualification or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
Must have background in the travel agency, airline, or hospitality industry.
Well-travelled, with personal experience in at least 15 countries
Strong passion for travel and solid knowledge of global destinations
Sales-oriented with a proactive and customer-focused mindset
