We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchaser to join our procurement team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing raw materials, packaging, and other production-related items to ensure timely and cost-effective supply in support of our manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities:

• Source and evaluate suppliers for raw materials, packaging, and general goods
• Request and review quotations to ensure competitive pricing and quality
• Raise purchase orders (POs) and ensure timely delivery of goods
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory levels
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with warehouse and production teams for replenishment
• Build and maintain good relationships with existing and new vendors
• Coordinate with quality control and production departments to ensure materials meet required specifications
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers
• Track supplier performance and resolve issues related to delivery, pricing, or quality
• Stay updated on market trends and supply risks to recommend cost-saving opportunities

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant purchasing/procurement experience in the F&B or manufacturing industry
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
