About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate E-commerce Channel Manager to lead our efforts across TikTok Shop in the UK and the US markets for Coco & Eve.

You will be responsible for spearheading the development and execution of strategies to promote our products effectively on TikTok's eCommerce platform. You will work closely with various teams to create compelling content, engage with the TikTok community, and drive sales through innovative campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Successfully manage our Coco & Eve TikTok shop in the UK and US, driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Deliver Monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets across TikTok shop.
  • Analyse performance, execution, and ROI of promotions, as well as media budget spending on the platform
  • Manage Affiliate partners on the shop and drive affiliate performance.
  • Work with the brand team to ensure there is a seamless User Experience of the shop including Design, Content, and Navigation, Branding / Marketing, Performance, checkout funnel and promotion campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategic plans for promoting products on TikTok, including campaign ideas, content calendars, and influencer partnerships.
  • Develop creative and engaging content for TikTok that showcases our products in a compelling manner. This includes videos, product demonstrations, user-generated content campaigns, and other innovative formats.
  • Build and nurture a community of followers on TikTok by responding to comments, engaging with users, and fostering a sense of community around our brand and products.
  • Monitor performance metrics on TikTok, including views, engagement, click-through rates, and conversions. Use data insights to optimise content and campaigns for maximum impact.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams, including marketing, sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and integration of TikTok initiatives with broader business objectives.
  • Keep abreast of the latest trends, features, and best practices on TikTok shop, as well as competitor activities, to continually refine our approach and stay ahead of the curve.
  • Establish, maintain and grow relationships with Creators and Kol on TikTok Shop.
  • Manage our affiliate programme across TikTok Shop.

Your Profile

  • Prior experience managing TikTok shop for an eCommerce business
  • A proven track record of managing a successful affiliate programme on TikTok shop
  • Strong creative skills with the ability to develop engaging content that resonates with TikTok's audience.
  • Proficiency in analysing data and drawing actionable insights to optimise performance and drive results.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for TikTok as an ecommerce platform and a deep understanding of its culture, trends, and community dynamics.
  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
