Job description

What the role is:

You are responsible for supervising logistics support services and asset accounting for the Naval Engineering and Logistics Command (NELCOM) units.

What you will be working on:
  1. Manage unit's inventory and asset management processes to ensure compliance with governing policies
  2. Oversee supply of goods and services through finance, procurement and warehouse supplies
  3. Handle budget management and financial operations
  4. Supervise building and infrastructure maintenance
  5. Support Head Supply Section with additional work requirements
  6. Address challenges such as meeting increasing service quality expectations comparable to external industry standards and ensuring compliance with all governing policies
What we are looking for:
  1. Education in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics Management, Facilities Management or a related field
  2. At least 3 years of working experience in inventory management, supply chain, budget management, or infrastructure maintenance
  3. Strong interpersonal, communication and facilitation skills
  4. Good leadership qualities
