• Oversee all group-level financial planning, analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Provide strategic financial input to support company-wide decision-making, including expansion, investment, and cost optimization.
• Lead the preparation of consolidated financial statements and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement internal control systems, financial policies, and risk management strategies.
• Work closely with other C-suite executives to shape business strategy and performance targets.
• Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and capital structure.
• Support fundraising efforts, including liaising with investors, auditors, and financial institutions.
• Supervise the finance team to ensure timely and accurate reporting and analysis.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related discipline. CPA/CA qualification is preferred.
• At least 10 years of progressive financial leadership experience, with a minimum of 3–5 years in a CFO or equivalent senior finance role.
• Prior experience in entertainment, F&B, or hospitality industries is highly advantageous.
• Strong understanding of Singapore tax regulations, accounting standards, and financial compliance.
• Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capabilities.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
