Our client is a dynamic and fast-growing company in the electronics industry, specializing in device refurbishment and sustainable e-waste solutions.
5-day work week (Monday to Friday)
Location: Bugis/ Central Region
Manage and monitor stock movement, categorization, labeling, and reconciliation
Maintain accurate records and reports of inventory using internal systems
Oversee incoming/outgoing goods and assist in refurbishment coordination
Implement and improve inventory SOPs in line with ISO standards
Coordinate with external partners for export/import shipments
Ensure timely delivery and communication with buyback and trade-in partners
Optimize logistics workflows and maintain regulatory compliance
Handle enquiries related to device trade-ins
Provide guidance and training on quotation portal usage
Generate data reports and insights to support business improvements
Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
Min. 1-2 years of experience in warehouse/logistics/operations
Familiarity with ISO 9001 & ISO 27001 standards preferred
Proficient in Google Sheets/Docs with strong attention to detail
Passionate about sustainability and e-waste reduction
Strong organizational and communication skills
