This premier private equity continues to grow its investment portfolio globally. It is now recruiting a dynamic Human Capital Operating Partner.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Chief Human Resource Officer and partnering closely with investment teams, you will provide strategic advice and insights on organizational and HR matters for its portfolio companies across industries, geographies, and maturity (start-up, growth, and transformation). You will provide HR leadership support to senior leadership, board members, and HR leadership of the portfolio companies on various activities which include planning and operationalization of HR and organizational strategies, strategic transformation, due diligence, talent strategy, and HR support.

Requirements

As a proven HR leader, you have demonstrated experience operating as Chief Human Resource Officer or Head of HR. Breadth of exposure across industries and geographies will be highly preferred. You possess executive gravitas and credibility to advise, engage, and influence senior leaders and board members of the portfolio companies. You are strategic and must be operationally hands-on. Financial services experience is not a must.
