Job description

A market leading global professional services MNC is currently recruiting for a HR Manager to support the HR Director to deliver and improve the employee experience in SEA.

About the Job

As the HR Manager, you will work on an operational and strategic level to ensure a high quality of HR service is delivered to employees in C&B, HRIS, Payroll, and Employee relations.

  1. Guide and oversee the annual performance, remuneration, and bonus review cycle, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
  2. Supervise payroll data preparation and collaborate closely with the Finance team to ensure accuracy and timely processing.
  3. Manage and monitor the company's benefits programs, ensuring they are effectively managed and communicated.
  4. Update and optimise the HRIS system, generating and analysing management reports for informed decision-making.
  5. Handle Visa and work permit matters, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  6. Address employee complaints and grievances, facilitating resolution and escalating where necessary.
  7. Lead and contribute to HR projects as needed, driving initiatives to improve HR processes and outcomes.
  8. Develop and deliver presentation materials for people programs, engagement activities, and meetings at both regional and global levels.

The Team
Reporting to the HR Director SEA based in Singapore and working as part of a team of 3.

Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate will have a degree in business or HR with at least 5 years of HR experience in a people experience or business partner position in a large MNC or international environment. A professional, proactive, and positive attitude is essential, along with excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities. You should be comfortable working in a matrix reporting environment with the ability to influence at all levels of the business.
