What can a successful candidate look forward to?

Learning & Development

• Support the creation and curation of Organization and Division Learning Programmes on digital learning platforms.
• Assist in crafting and contextualizing learning content that is relevant and impactful for the business.
• Record all internal (e.g., onboarding, mandatory courses) and external (e.g., sponsored courses) learning programmes within StarHub’s Learning Management System.
• Coordinate with Learning Providers for registration and programme fulfilment.
• Research and identify suitable learning partners based on organizational needs.
• Support the planning and execution of virtual and in-person learning programmes in Singapore and Malaysia.
• Manage learning application approvals, sponsorships, and bond-related matters.
• Contribute to learning communications across assigned platforms.

Employee Engagement

• Organise and implement employee engagement activities such as learning events, team-building, recognition programs, wellness initiatives, and townhalls to support business initiatives within HubConnect (Malaysia).
• Coordinate with Engagement Programme Providers for the end-to-end execution of initiatives in Singapore and Malaysia.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of engagement programmes and implement improvements based on feedback and metrics.
• Manage reporting and analytics on the impact of engagement activities in Singapore and Malaysia.
