Summary
World Class Environment
6-day work week with 3 rotating shifts (8 hours per day)
Gross salary up to $3000 - $3500
Location: Changi Airport
AWS + Up to 3 months bonus
Entitled to a $5000 joining bonus (T&C apply)
Responsibilities
Deliver a positive and memorable experience for every passenger.
Manage check-in procedures and welcome passengers upon arrival.
Ensure a seamless and efficient departure process for all travelers.
Support passengers with special needs by offering dedicated assistance as required.
Provide customer service in premium lounges at Changi Airport.
Requirements:
Must be comfortable working on 3 rotating shifts (Morning, Afternoon, Night, based on roster).
Experience in customer service roles is welcome; professional training will be provided.
