Responsibilities

• Deliver a positive and memorable experience for every passenger.

• Manage check-in procedures and welcome passengers upon arrival.

• Ensure a seamless and efficient departure process for all travelers.

• Support passengers with special needs by offering dedicated assistance as required.

• Provide customer service in premium lounges at Changi Airport.

Requirements:

• Must be comfortable working on 3 rotating shifts (Morning, Afternoon, Night, based on roster).

• Experience in customer service roles is welcome; professional training will be provided.
