Job description

As a Presales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our customers, sales team, and service delivery team. Your primary responsibility will be to serve as an advisor to our clients, providing them with IT solutioning guidance that aligns with their business goals and generates measurable ROI. You will be the key technical resource during the sales process, understanding customer requirements, and crafting tailored solutions that leverage our core technologies.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and translate them into effective IT solutions.

Conduct in-depth analysis of customer environments, identify pain points, and propose relevant technology solutions.

Present and demonstrate our product offerings to potential clients, showcasing the value they can bring to their business.

Work closely with the service delivery team to ensure smooth project implementation and client satisfaction.

Articulate the technical aspects of our offerings in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders.

Ask probing questions to uncover customer challenges and requirements, providing customized recommendations.

Negotiate and address customer concerns or objections, emphasizing the value proposition of our solutions.

Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in the IT industry, particularly in Microsoft 365, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Defender, End-Point Protection, and Azure.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proven experience in a presales or consulting role, preferably within the IT solutions industry.

Strong technical background and expertise in Microsoft 365, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Defender, End-Point Protection, and Azure.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Analytical mindset with the ability to understand customer needs and develop tailored solutions.
