A leading company is seeking a full-time administrative professional to handle data entry, appointment scheduling, and inventory management. The ideal candidate will have a diploma and at least 2 years of experience, proficient in Microsoft Office. Applicants must be Singaporeans and able to work weekends when needed.
Location: Kent Ridge/Jurong (TBC, West)
Duration: Full Time
Working Days/Hours: Mon – Fri, 8.30am - 6pm
Job Scope:
- Data entry, scheduling appointments and billing of services
- Staff on-boarding / off-boarding
- Receive and respond to all enquiries
- Inventory management of consumables and equipment
- Ensure data entry and billing activities are promptly and accurately captured in the respective database and/or systems within the stipulated timeline
- Ensure all relevant consumables and inventory are adequate to meet operational needs
- Any other tasks assigned.
Requirements:
MIN. Diploma.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint).
At least 2 years of working experience.
Able to work on weekends to help out with events when needed**
