Job description

Job Title: Vice President, Human Resources & Infocomm

Job Overview:

Reporting directly to the CEO, this role oversees the Company’s HR department to ensure the effective delivery of HR functions, alongside leading the Infocomm department responsible for maintaining the company's information technology and digital infrastructure.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Human Resources:

  1. Manage the full spectrum of HR activities, including employee lifecycle processes, compensation and benefits, payroll administration, training and development, talent management, disciplinary actions, and HR system operations.
  2. Ensure adherence to labour laws in all countries where the Company operates.
  3. Collaborate with executive leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
  4. Assist business units with workforce planning and related manpower cost management.
  5. Oversee administrative functions such as travel arrangements, office rental, stationeries, and general office management.
  6. Handle miscellaneous administrative duties as required.

Infocomm:

  1. Supervise the company’s IT infrastructure, including systems administration, user access controls, data backup procedures, cybersecurity policies, and software licensing.
  2. Coordinate with external vendors or IT service providers to guarantee system uptime, support, and scalability.
  3. Ensure compliance with relevant digital security regulations.
  4. Assess technological needs and recommend upgrades or enhancements to improve efficiency and security.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 15 years’ experience in Human Resources.
