Job Description
· Lead & execute inventory management processes effectively with a focus on maximizing inventory accuracy and reducing shrink.
· Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues, partnering with the Brand and Operations & Visual Manager to escalate process or system gaps.
· Manage execution of key operational functions including shipment, receiving and processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, intra-day sales floor replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
· Support a safe work environment and efficient operation through strong stockroom standards and processes.
· Ensure overall store equipment are in a good condition and monitors all issue have been solved in a timely manner.
· Partner with Operations Manager to manage reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, supplies, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities to ensure maintained and maximized.
· Provides constant feedback to drive individual growth in partnership with the Brand and Operations & Visual Managers.
· Collaborate with Visual Merchandising Manager to ensure cross-functional training, and Sales & Service teams to ensure the business is well-executed.
· Execute company-level operations-focused directives, projects and initiates, in partnership with the Operations & Visual Manager (e.g. stock replenishment, new colour launches).
· Support on cashiering responsibilities, daily cash floats, ensuring all cashier equipment and systems are functioning properly.
· Perform sales reconciliation and investigate discrepancies, implementing preventative measures to mitigate financial losses.
Requirements
· 2 years of retail experience, preferably within a client-focused, sales-driven environment
· Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
· Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and building genuine connections
