A leading company is seeking a dedicated professional for operational and IT support roles. The successful candidate will manage inventory, provide technical assistance, and ensure effective user lifecycle management. Key Responsibilities:
Operational & Inventory Management
Manage the inflow and outflow of inventory and maintain accountability for all stock movements.
Monitor inventory levels using stock cards, particularly for critical stock like CMP items, and proactively report low stock levels.
Ensure timely and accurate execution of inventory transactions and documentation.
Track incoming stock deliveries and notify relevant stakeholders upon arrival.
Investigate discrepancies between received stock and purchase orders, and escalate as needed.
Prepare stock and required documentation for local and overseas shipments.
Replenish and manage spare stock inventory for operational vehicles.
IT Systems & Asset Management
Calibrate hardware devices and support the configuration and management of software applications.
Maintain accurate records of IT assets, including SIM cards, hardware, and software inventory.
Track user access rights and ensure compliance with security policies.
Provide first and second-level technical support for staff and escalate complex issues.
Log and maintain technical support records in the ticketing system.
User Lifecycle Management
Support onboarding processes by provisioning IT hardware and configuring user accounts, email, and access rights.
Conduct proper offboarding procedures, including access termination, hardware recovery, and data archiving.
Prepare and manage documentation related to IT and operations, including delivery orders.
Vendor Coordination & System Improvement
Liaise with suppliers and partners to evaluate, test, and implement new hardware technologies and software solutions.
Escalate issues or feedback to supervisors during system testing and implementation phases.
Qualifications:
Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Business Operations, or a related field.
Experience in operations, IT support, or inventory management are preferred
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
Proficient in IT systems administration and office productivity software.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
