Job description

Visual and Audio Merchandising for Store and Restaurant Presentation

  • In collaboration with commercial and operations teams, develop and execute store layouts, displays, and in-store presentations to maximize store and product visibility and enhance customer experience.
  • Implement and maintain seasonal, promotional, and thematic visual displays across all retail and dining locations.
  • Work closely with commercial and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
  • Develop VM guidelines and conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance, propose improvements where necessary.
  • Provide training to store teams on VM best practices, ensuring high visual standards are maintained.
  • Implement audio plan aligning with visual display to enhance customer experience.

Graphic Display & Brand Communication

  • Maintain graphic content and brand materials for in-store displays, digital screens, menus, posters, and promotional materials to enhance product appeal.
  • Participate in the design of seasonal campaigns, signage, wayfinding graphics, and advertising visuals.
  • Produce materials to ensure good quality display, work with external agencies where appropriate.

Campaign Execution & Sales Support

  • Support the execution of seasonal campaigns, promotional events, and new store openings through impactful visual storytelling.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to translate marketing concepts into compelling in-store experiences that drive conversions.
  • Adapt and localize global branding guidelines to suit different store formats and customer demographics.
  • Track VM spend ensuring expenditures align with budget

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Project Management

  • Work closely with buyers, category managers, and operation teams to align merchandising plans with sales strategies.
  • Ensure merchandising materials are delivered on time and installed efficiently across multiple locations.
