A leading company in Singapore is seeking a lead talent partner to enhance business performance through strategic talent management and development initiatives. The role involves working closely with HR and business leaders to implement effective talent programs and learning strategies.
The successful candidate will be the lead talent partner to the Business Area, working closely with business and HR partners to develop talent and L&D plans to enable business performance and employee development.
Key Responsibilities:
Support and implement processes and programs aligned with the talent management strategy.
Coordinate and administer talent management programs, including creating and delivering key reports, communications, learning materials, and support resources.
Partner with business and HR leaders to design and build talent programs.
Collaborate with talent and HR partners to execute talent actions such as rotations, assessments, development, and succession planning.
Develop and implement top talent development initiatives, frameworks, and communication platforms.
Contribute to the development of L&D strategies for ST Engineering.
Manage the enterprise-wide implementation of Company Training Committee initiatives.
Conduct Learning Needs Analyses for ST Engineering, designing and deploying appropriate learning interventions.
Oversee enterprise learning programs, including management, leadership development, Professional Conversion, and Earn & Learn programs.
Ensure the smooth operation of the enterprise Learning Management System.
Integrate technology-enabled and microlearning modules into the L&D framework.
Leverage grants and subsidies from the Singapore Government effectively.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Organisation Development, Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related fields.
Minimum of 15 years' experience in talent management, people development, or strategic HR partnering.
Proficiency with talent management methodologies, tools, and technology.
Experience with talent and diversity & inclusion programs, and enhancing employee experience.
Strong problem-solving and change management skills.
Excellent strategic, analytical, and project management skills.
Resourceful, motivated, proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively under tight deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
