SAP BRIM Functional Lead FICA

Job Description:

1. Lead the functional design, configuration, and implementation of FICA processes within SAP BRIM. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to ensure billing, invoicing, and revenue management operations are optimized, accurate, and aligned with business goals.
2. Lead the functional design and configuration of SAP FI-CA (Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable) within SAP BRIM, ensuring alignment with business requirements for billing, invoicing, and collections.
3. Configure the FI-CA module to support complex accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, dunning, and payment processing.
4. Ensure integration with other SAP BRIM components, such as Convergent Charging (CC), Convergent Invoicing (CI), and Subscription Order Management (SOM).
5. Analyze business processes related to accounts receivable and payable, map them to SAP FI-CA capabilities, identify gaps, and recommend solutions or enhancements to optimize operational efficiency and financial accuracy.
6. Continuously optimize FI-CA processes to enhance collection performance, reduce outstanding receivables, and improve operational efficiencies.
7. Ensure seamless integration of FI-CA with other SAP modules and external systems (e.g., payment gateways, bank systems).
8. Manage financial data flows, ensuring consistency and accuracy across the system landscape.
9. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure FI-CA solutions support revenue recognition and cash flow needs.
10. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement effective solutions.
11. Stay updated on SAP releases and industry trends, incorporating relevant changes into the FI-CA solution.
12. Hands-on experience with integration between SAP FI-CA, SAP GL, billing, and other SAP modules.
13. Good understanding of Convergent Invoicing and Subscription Order Management.
14. Exposure to the Healthcare sector is an added advantage.
