Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our operations team in Singapore, located in the West. The role involves providing administrative support, excellent customer service, data entry, and multitasking abilities. The successful candidate will have strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint, and possess excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing daily transport routes and deliveries
  • Provide timely updates to customers regarding delivery status
  • Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely pickups and deliveries
  • Ensure proper documentation for deliveries, including invoices, issuing quotation and delivery receipts
  • Managing the schedule of their supervisors
  • Track vehicles using GPS to monitor their location and efficiency
  • Answering phones to handle and resolve deliveries related customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
  • To perform all assigned administrative tasks by management

Job Requirements:

  • O Level and above
  • At least 1 year of related working experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Bilingual
  • Good team player
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willing to learn, possess a positive and professional attitude
  • Immediate start work will be an advantage
