About the Role

As the Operations Lead – Card/Payments, you will spearhead high-impact initiatives across Binance’s payment and card product lines. You will be responsible for operational performance, compliance, vendor management, and post-launch execution, ensuring smooth and scalable payment solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the end-to-end execution of Card/Pay projects in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Oversee all operational processes related to card and payment products; continuously identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international regulations and uphold the highest industry standards.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics to optimize operations.
  • Manage third-party vendors, including contract negotiations and SLA performance tracking.
  • Address and resolve escalated operational issues and complex card-related cases.
  • Oversee card dispute processes and ensure timely resolutions.
  • Ensure accurate and timely settlements and reconciliations.
  • Provide ongoing operational support post-launch, working cross-functionally with customer service, product, risk, tech, and finance teams.
Requirements
  • 8–10 years of experience in operations, preferably in the card and payments industry.
  • Deep understanding of card issuing, transaction processing, and settlement workflows.
  • Proven track record managing complex operations in a global, cross-functional environment.
  • Experience in handling vendor relationships, including oversight of SLAs and contracts.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle escalated issues effectively.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
