We’re seeking a Senior Product Manager to oversee and lead the roadmap for one of the most critical touchpoints we have with our customers, i.e., Invoicing across all product lines and markets.

What you will be doing:

This will evolve as you and the business grow.

Initially, you will focus on completing our invoicing capabilities for Australian commercial customers, including:

• Calculation groups and logic
• Aggregate and consolidated invoicing
• Auditing, reporting & reconciliation

Once established, you will also:

• Develop invoices to support different customer segments
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to invoice various meter types in Singapore and Australia

Regular engagement with Sales, Customer Operations, and Market Operations will be essential to ensure operational efficiency and to leverage customer feedback for growth.

This role will require effective time management to coordinate teams across Australia and Singapore, ensuring alignment and focus.

You will be a good candidate if you are:

• Able to set clear product priorities and roadmaps in collaboration with stakeholders, with a strategic mindset, considering user needs, market trends, and business goals (must have)
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, fostering effective cross-team collaboration (must have)
• Proficient in problem identification and solution design, including requirements analysis and translating them into technical solutions (must have)
• Experience in invoice calculations or generation
• Demonstrates learning agility and a growth mindset

Additional skills that will help you succeed:

• Experience automating finance or billing processes
• Strong product thinking and prioritization skills
• Previous experience in energy retail sector product development
• Managing products supporting multiple markets
