Job Responsibilities

  • Present the menu, take orders, suggest, and recommend to the customer.

  • Record guest history and guest lists

  • In charge of the reservation system

  • Updating beverages inventory & ordering of beverages

  • To attend to and respond to customer needs or requests promptly and professionally.

  • Perform all related duties as the Head Chef assigns.

  • Team player and independent

  • Maintains awareness of daily revenue, suggestions, and discussions as necessary.

  • Punctual, high responsibility, and good working attitude.

Job Requirements

  • Prior relevant work experience in F&B serving establishment or service industry.

  • Passionate about the hospitality and/or F&B industry

  • Able to perform work on weekends and public holidays

  • Cashier duties

  • Prepare tables for operations and perform opening and closing duties.

  • Must be ready to clean, which also includes cleaning of utensils and all related duties as the Head Chef assigns.

  • Other timely duties as assigned by the management.

  • In charge of beverage ordering and inventory stocktaking.

  • In charge of breakage control. Apply the precaution standard to prevent unnecessary expenditure.

  • Only Singaporeans (NO work permit quota)

  • 6 days OFF days per month (OFF on every Mondays and OFF on every alternate Tuesdays)
