A leading dining establishment in Singapore is seeking a dedicated team member to manage customer interactions and beverage inventory. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the F&B industry and a passion for hospitality. Benefits include meal and transport allowances, along with attractive tips.
Job Responsibilities
Present the menu, take orders, suggest, and recommend to the customer.
Record guest history and guest lists
In charge of the reservation system
Updating beverages inventory & ordering of beverages
To attend to and respond to customer needs or requests promptly and professionally.
Perform all related duties as the Head Chef assigns.
Team player and independent
Maintains awareness of daily revenue, suggestions, and discussions as necessary.
Punctual, high responsibility, and good working attitude.
Job Requirements
Prior relevant work experience in F&B serving establishment or service industry.
Passionate about the hospitality and/or F&B industry
Able to perform work on weekends and public holidays
Cashier duties
Prepare tables for operations and perform opening and closing duties.
Must be ready to clean, which also includes cleaning of utensils and all related duties as the Head Chef assigns.
Other timely duties as assigned by the management.
In charge of beverage ordering and inventory stocktaking.
In charge of breakage control. Apply the precaution standard to prevent unnecessary expenditure.
Only Singaporeans (NO work permit quota)
6 days OFF days per month (OFF on every Mondays and OFF on every alternate Tuesdays)
