CCDS and NBS seek a joint appointee with expertise in FinTech, including an understanding of business models, emerging trends, and technical skills such as blockchain, AI, and data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver courses in FinTech at undergraduate and postgraduate levels for CCDS and NBS.
• Contribute to curriculum development to ensure high-quality education.
• Mentor students academically and professionally.
• Participate in service activities, including committees and industry outreach.
• Conduct teaching both face-to-face and virtually, managing course administration.
• Assess student work, provide feedback, and support student progress.
• Develop and update course materials and resources.
• Provide data on course and student performance for reporting and strategic planning.
• Uphold professional conduct standards.
• Engage in impactful research related to FinTech and collaborate across departments.
• Foster collaboration between NBS and SCSE.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Preferably possess industry and/or academic experience, with a passion for teaching, and hold a Master's or PhD in a related field.
• Demonstrate teaching excellence and ability to develop curricula and work closely with students at the undergraduate level.
