Regional Sales VP of CAE Software Company in East Asia
Job Responsibilities
- Team Management and Construction
- Be fully responsible for managing the sales team in East Asia, overseeing more than 10 members.
- Develop training and development plans to enhance team capabilities.
- Optimize sales processes and incentive mechanisms to boost collaboration and enthusiasm.
- Business Development and Sales Target Achievement
- Manage new customer acquisition and existing customer maintenance in East Asia (mainly Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand), ensuring business growth.
- Explore key markets and formulate tailored sales strategies.
- Define sales scope, including simulation software and solutions, and assist in providing customized system plans based on user needs.
- Set phased sales targets, monitor progress, and evaluate trial customer responses, aiming to meet volume targets in subsequent phases.
Core Requirements
- Educational Background and Language Skills
- Bachelor's degree or higher in any major.
- Fluent in English and Chinese, with excellent communication and cross-cultural skills suitable for international environments.
- Industry Experience
- Born after 1975, preferably Chinese.
- Over ten years of sales experience in the CAE industry, especially in thermal simulation, with companies like Siemens, Ansys, or Dassault Systèmes.
- Familiar with thermal simulation products, markets, and trends, with customer resources in chips, semiconductors, and automotive sectors.
- Team Management Capabilities
- Experience managing sales teams of over 10 people, with the ability to lead and motivate for target achievement.
- Customer Acquisition and Sales Capabilities
- Skilled in developing new clients, managing projects, and utilizing direct sales and channel marketing.
- Strong customer relationship skills for in-depth cooperation.
