Regional Sales VP of CAE Software Company in East Asia

Job Responsibilities
  1. Team Management and Construction
  2. Be fully responsible for managing the sales team in East Asia, overseeing more than 10 members.
  3. Develop training and development plans to enhance team capabilities.
  4. Optimize sales processes and incentive mechanisms to boost collaboration and enthusiasm.
  1. Business Development and Sales Target Achievement
  2. Manage new customer acquisition and existing customer maintenance in East Asia (mainly Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand), ensuring business growth.
  3. Explore key markets and formulate tailored sales strategies.
  4. Define sales scope, including simulation software and solutions, and assist in providing customized system plans based on user needs.
  5. Set phased sales targets, monitor progress, and evaluate trial customer responses, aiming to meet volume targets in subsequent phases.
Core Requirements
  1. Educational Background and Language Skills
  2. Bachelor's degree or higher in any major.
  3. Fluent in English and Chinese, with excellent communication and cross-cultural skills suitable for international environments.
  1. Industry Experience
  2. Born after 1975, preferably Chinese.
  3. Over ten years of sales experience in the CAE industry, especially in thermal simulation, with companies like Siemens, Ansys, or Dassault Systèmes.
  4. Familiar with thermal simulation products, markets, and trends, with customer resources in chips, semiconductors, and automotive sectors.

  2. Experience managing sales teams of over 10 people, with the ability to lead and motivate for target achievement.
