Job description

Responsibilities
  • Manage the execution of learning administration processes.
  • Co-ordinate logistics and arrange resources essential for various activities.
  • Ensure the upkeep of training facilities and equipment.
  • Supervise and manage Student Assistants (SAs) for course support.
  • Provide administrative support, communicate with participants, and handle stakeholder management.
  • Facilitate seamless operations of Academy courses through logistical and administrative support.
  • Lead and manage a team of course support staff and student assistants.
  • Manage both face-to-face and online courses, ensuring their effective administration.
  • Occasionally required to work on weekday evenings or weekends; compensated with flexible time-off or off-days.

Qualifications

  • Degree or Diploma holder with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Service-oriented mindset with keen attention to detail and proactive problem-solving.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills for effective teamwork and stakeholder engagement.
  • Proactive interest in optimizing processes for increased efficiency.
  • Preferred experience in training, administration, or course co-ordination.

Candidates who do not possess the stipulated qualifications but have relevant work experience may still apply. Remuneration and appointment terms shall commensurate with qualifications and experience. SMU reserves the right to modify the appointment terms where necessary.
