We are looking for IT Support Desk for our clients.
Job Responsibilities :
Responsible for the construction, testing, installation, operations & facility management of client platforms
Perform troubleshooting for client platform related problems
Respond promptly to incident, investigate & provide temporary &/or permanent resolution of incidents escalated. Provide timely status updates to relevant parties.
Perform service request related to client platforms.
Involve in client platform implementation/upgrade project.
Manage client platform implementation/upgrade project.

Monday - Friday Commitment
Office hours
May have OT / activations
Able to commit 1 year

Bukit Merah Area
Salary & Other Allowance:
UP $2650 /Month
Transport Allowance (Site to Site)
$50 Standby Phone Allowance
Completion Bonus of 1 Month
