Are you looking for a new opportunity to build analytical and advisory skills? Would you like to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to influence and enable transformational change? We are looking for an assistant to join our Human Capital Management team in Singapore.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

We are seeking a candidate who can collaborate with HCM colleagues to manage local HCM initiatives, prepare and submit regulatory survey requests, manage local country processes, and provide administrative support to our Singapore Head of HCM and the broader team. Responsibilities include:

  1. Handle all reporting requests for Singapore personnel data.
  2. Manage local country HCM processes, such as military leave requests and permanent resident applications.
  3. Provide operational support for all functions, including those handling sensitive and confidential information.
  4. Prioritize and follow up on incoming issues and concerns, including sensitive or confidential matters. Determine appropriate actions, referrals, or responses.
  5. Perform various administrative tasks such as processing invoices, expense reports, maintaining personnel files, filing, onboarding, etc.
  6. Create presentations and communications to showcase strategy, achievements, and deliverables.
  7. Proactively identify ways to improve existing solutions, streamline and automate reporting, and share best practices across HCM.
  8. Manage active calendars involving coordinating time-sensitive, complex, and multiple stakeholder meetings, including prioritization and forward planning.
  9. Coordinate regular divisional meetings and townhalls.
  10. Perform other related projects and duties as required.

  • Highly organized with excellent project management skills, attention to detail, and follow-through.
  • Ability to work independently under tight deadlines and think clearly under pressure.
  • Able to handle confidential information appropriately.

  • Team player capable of contributing to a team environment to achieve goals.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable learning new technologies.
  • Excellent telephone communication skills.
