Job description

  • Draft, review, and manage internal contracts/agreements and ensure proper filing.
  • Assist with corporate secretarial duties including preparing board resolutions, documentation related to shareholding changes, and director appointments or resignations.
  • Support the planning and documentation of board and shareholder meetings.
  • Monitor deadlines for annual meetings and regulatory submissions.
  • Submit required filings with relevant authorities within specified timeframes.
  • Keep company records up to date, including statutory registers and minute books.
  • Ensure accurate maintenance and organization of corporate records.
  • Assist with administrative aspects of financing and loan-related documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external parties, including legal and financial institutions.
  • Support cross-functional coordination with affiliated entities or business units.
  • Ensure general administrative requirements such as insurance coverage and document safekeeping are met and maintained.
  • Any other adhoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Min Diploma in Legal/Paralegal/Business and Law or equivalent
  • Min 1 year experience in relevant field
  • Working Location: East
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9am - 6pm)
  • Salary: Up to $3800
