About the role
As a Recruiter, you will play a vital role in our fast-paced recruitment agency. This full-time position is based in the West Region and will involve finding top talent for our diverse range of clients across various industries.

Job Summary:

• Location:Conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from Jurong East MRT!

• Work Schedule:5 days a week (Monday to Friday)

• Working Hours:8:00 AM – 5:30 PM

• Salary:Gross salary up to $4,500

What you'll be doing

• Proactively sourcing, screening and shortlisting qualified candidates to fill open positions in manufacturing, construction or engineering industry.

• Conducting thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit

• Building and maintaining a strong network of potential candidates

• Providing a exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

• Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their requirements and deliver exceptional results

• Tracking and reporting on the progress of open roles and recruitment activities

• Contributing to the continuous improvement of our recruitment processes and strategies
