A leading company in the aviation industry is seeking a Training Support Specialist to provide training support for its subsidiaries and third-party customers. The role involves ensuring timely training delivery for new aircraft entry and maintaining customer relationships. Ideal candidates will possess strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a Bachelor’s degree in business administration.
Responsibilities
SIA Group and SIAEC Subsidiaries Training Support
· Provide training support for SIAEC subsidiaries
· Ensure SIAEC subsidiaries training needs are prioritized and supported.
· Provide training support for SIA Group companies
· Ensure that training is delivered timely to support SIA and Scoot new aircraft Entry into Service training and new overseas stations
Third Party Training Services
· Maintain good relationships with Third Party customers to secure training revenue for Training Academy
· Provide training support to Third Party for their training needs
· Conduct annual market analysis and benchmarking to ensure that training rates are competitive
Customer Administration
· Provide pre-course administrative support for customers attending courses
· Provide after sale services to customers
· Arrange resits with Examination section for customers who failed their examinations
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or related qualification
· Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP and possess strong problem-solving skills
· Good team player with positive learning attitude
· Excellent communication skills with good ability to present one’s ideas with conviction and persuasively.
· Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders.
· Good people leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate and develop team members to achieve personal growth and operational excellence as a cohesive team.
· High level of integrity, professionalism, and cultural sensitivity.
· Self-driven, resilient with a growth mindset.
