About the role

As a Business Development Manager at THE MUSIC WORKS PTE. LTD.', you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and expanding the company's client base in Singapore. This is a full-time position.

What you'll be doing

• Identify and pursue new sales leads, building relationships with potential clients

• Develop and execute sales strategies to secure new business contracts

• Collaborate with potential partners, include of strategic partners, distributors, or government agencies to expand business network support the company's growth

• Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform the sales strategy

• Provide regular sales performance reports and forecasts

• Maintain a strong understanding of the company's products and services

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1 years' experience in a new business development or sales role, preferably within the music retail industry

• Proven track record of successfully generating new business and meeting/exceeding sales targets

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients

• In-depth knowledge of the music retail industry landscape and trends in Singapore market

• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to understand client needs

• Familiar with MS office and basic data analysis

• Degree/Diploma in business, marketing or a related field is preferred
