Job Description
Responsibilities
  • Support leasing administrative activities and ensure complete lease documentation.
  • Prepare and track various lease documents such as Tenancy, Extension of Tenancy, and License Agreements.
  • Enter information and maintain the lease database, monitoring the status of lease documents.
  • Liaise with tenants, lawyers, and other stakeholders on tenancy agreements, pre-termination, novation of leases, and compliance matters.
  • Coordinate with the Tenancy Relationship Management team and other departments to ensure timely execution and return of tenancy documents.
  • Implement standard real estate practices to ensure accurate completion of paperwork.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Diploma in Estate Management, Building, or equivalent.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, and strong numeracy skills.
  • Sound understanding of the real estate industry.
  • Relevant experience in Simplicity application will be an advantage.
