YOUR ROLE:

This is a unique and highly visible opportunity for a motivated Resource Manager. The core focus of this role is on driving operational efficiency, optimizing internal processes, and enabling cross-functional collaboration with both the local and global team. In this position, you will be responsible for optimizing resource allocation and deploying delivery excellence across all scope-based projects. Our ideal candidate has a diverse background in operations, project management, and strategic planning, with a proven track record of implementing scalable processes and driving organizational growth within the digital/technology domain.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Resources Management

• Coordinate with various departments to provide strategic resourcing options.
• Ensure optimal allocation of consultants across client projects and internal initiatives.
• Oversee and refine the resource management process (onboarding, off-boarding, notifications, reporting, SLAs).
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of resource allocation data.
• Provide regular updates on resource utilization during relevant meetings.
• Optimize resource allocation by balancing project demands and pipeline forecasts.
• Act as the liaison for inter-office staffing and resourcing requests within the PALO IT network.

Delivery Excellence

• Contribute to presales activities through accurate estimations and team composition reviews.
• Review and validate scope-based SOWs.
• Oversee the execution and delivery of scope-based projects.
• Proactively identify and address at-risk projects, steering them in the right direction based on project constraints.
• Ensure consistent application of the company's delivery model across all projects.

WHO YOU ARE:

• A skilled communicator capable of engaging in high-level discussions with senior stakeholders and facilitating interactions across all organizational levels.
• Possess 8+ years of experience in a senior role within the digital/technology industry.
• Demonstrated ability to plan and manage operational processes for maximum efficiency and productivity.
• Proficient in implementing and optimizing structures that enhance speed and efficiency while adapting to rapidly shifting business demands.
• Well-versed in modern leadership principles including servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continuous improvement, empowerment, and fostering transparency.
