Job Description

  • Monitor market trends, consumer behaviors, and competitive activities.
  • Leverage consumer insights to develop plans and achieve business objectives.
  • Lead the development and execution of the annual brand plan, aligning with company vision and strategy.
  • Evaluate brand strategy performance and adjust as needed.
  • Report on marketing campaign performance, KPIs, and ROI.
  • Translate brand elements into actionable plans and go-to-market strategies.
  • Manage local product adaptations in line with global/regional guidelines.
  • Oversee external communications, including social media and media relations, aligned with global strategies.
  • Manage the brand advertising and promotion budget to ensure targets are met.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience as an Assistant Brand Manager or similar role.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement brand and marketing strategies.
  • Strong analytical, strategic, and creative skills.
  • Excellent leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.
  • Solid business acumen with brand P&L experience.
  • Proven budget management skills.
