Job description

Leading power generation company

Duration: 12 months, extendable/convertible

Working Location: Somerset (walking distance from MRT)

Working hours: 08:30 am – 6:00 pm (Monday to Friday)

Job Responsibilities
  1. Work on process reengineering and improvement
  2. Collaborate with other teams for process reengineering
  3. Define the impact of new proposed processes
  4. Develop business operation cases
  5. Lead organizational change initiatives, including training and support, to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and technologies
  6. Manage all project documentation
  7. Manage Search Engine Optimization (SEO) to enhance online presence
Job Requirements
  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field
  2. Proven experience in leading digital transformation initiatives
  3. Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  4. Strong stakeholder management skills, especially with cross-functional teams
  5. Expertise in process optimization, automation, and analytics integration with modern technology solutions
  6. Ability to simplify workflows, eliminate redundancies, and ensure accountability
  7. Ability to assess business processes and develop digital solutions
  8. Strong understanding of digital technologies such as AI and enterprise software
  9. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  10. Good team player with adaptability in dynamic environments
  11. Strong project management skills, with experience coordinating teams and external providers
  12. Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities under pressure
