Job description

Job Description:

  • Responsible for the periodic/Ad-Hoc reports submitted to MAS, Head Office and Branch Management, and to ensure credit compliance and reporting requirements are adhered to.
  • Manage of credit facility limit input to prevent potential operational risk arising.
  • Maintain, check and oversees related systems data to ensure system data is accurate and consistent. Review of existing systems and oversees proposal of system enhancements to facilitate compliance/reporting requirements and to promote efficiency.
  • Perform assets quality, overdue and impairment forecasts to Head Office and Branch Management.
  • Responsible for the planning, design and develop of recording/reporting procedures and systems for internal control and risk monitoring purposes.
  • Communicates and provides information to external parties, e.g., MAS, Head Office, Regional and external auditors and other departments to equip the required information for inspection purposes/references.
  • Perform internal compliance checking on new applications to ensure internal controls are in line with MAS regulations and the Branch guidelines.
  • Perform administrative duties for the department to facilitates daily workflow.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or above with at least 3 years of related work experience.
  • Outstanding communication skills, conflict management, data analysis, investigation ability.
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills in both English and Chinese so as to communicate with Chinese speaking counterparts in Head Office.
  • Strong knowledge and ability in using MS Office, VBA, Pivot table, Python etc.
  • Excellent team player with excellent attitude, interpersonal and communications skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
