Job description

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Update records to process accounts payable and petty cash.
2. Review AP aging reports and handle any exception matters.
3. Reconcile vendors’ Statements of Account (SOA) with our accounting records, focusing on major suppliers.
4. Update records of accounts receivable.
5. Prepare the general ledger in a timely manner for scheduled audits.
6. Conduct monthly and yearly closing for small entities.
7. Manage the full set of accounts for small entities.
8. Assist in preparing GST returns, corporate income tax returns, and Estimated Chargeable Income (ECI).
9. Assist with quarterly, half-yearly, and year-end stock takes conducted by the finance department.
10. Help prepare stock take variance reports for review by superiors.
