Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for the UKG Pro WFM time and attendance system, ensuring accuracy in time tracking and compliance with company policies.
  • Manage payroll processing, including data validation, troubleshooting discrepancies, and liaising with payroll vendors to ensure timely and accurate payroll execution.
  • Act as the initial point of contact for inquiries and issues related to payroll.
  • Provide support in benefits administration, assisting employees with benefits inquiries, enrollment, and ensuring compliance with policies.
  • Provide support in annual budgeting and allocation.
  • Maintain and update HR records related to payroll, benefits, and attendance.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures related to payroll, timekeeping, and benefits.
  • Support internal and external audits related to payroll, benefits, and compliance.
  • Conduct training sessions and guide employees on payroll, timekeeping, and benefits-related processes.
  • Stay updated on labor laws and compliance requirements related to payroll and benefits.
  • Review and streamline processes to achieve operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting or a related field.
  • 3+ years of HR experience, with a focus on payroll processing, time and attendance systems, and benefits administration.
