Reporting to the Director of Marketing Communications, the Marketing Manager (Public Relations) plays a key leadership role in driving the strategic planning and execution of integrated public relations and marketing communication strategies to increase market share and build brand equity. He/she is responsible for leading marketing efforts across digital and traditional platforms, managing media relations, overseeing content creation, and staying ahead of market trends.
Our Expectations:
Lead the execution of annual communications and public relations plans to drive awareness, revenue, and engagement across all customer segments.
Oversee the development of hotel collaterals, creative artworks, and copy for various business areas, including F&B, rooms, weddings, events, and partnerships, ensuring alignment with hotel and brand positioning.
Develop and execute the hotel and F&B advertising plan in line with the hotel’s strategic goals.
Manage all public relations efforts, including the creation and distribution of press releases, media outreach, and coordination of media events.
Act as the primary brand custodian, ensuring all internal and external communications adhere to brand guidelines.
Manage and coordinate video and photo shoots for the hotel, ensuring the multimedia library is up-to-date and relevant.
Liaise with internal teams and external agencies to drive marketing activities, including events, promotions, and partnerships.
Conduct competitor and market research, applying insights to marketing campaigns and sharing findings with the team.
Prepare comprehensive marketing communications reports and oversee other administrative functions as required.
Manage media hosting opportunities and oversee the preparation of all press materials, including press releases, statements, and media FAQs.
Lead the execution of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring effective reach across all channels.
Oversee content creation and maintenance across all digital platforms, including the hotel's website and third-party sites.
Lead the creation of engaging social media content for platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, maintaining a robust content calendar that drives engagement and follower growth.
Oversee online reputation management, ensuring timely and appropriate responses to guest feedback across multiple platforms.
We are looking for self-motivated individual with at least 5 - 8 years of solid experience in public relations and/or marketing roles in the hospitality industry. You should have built a strong relationship with local, regional and international media, publications, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and influencers and proven track record of delivering increased brand and hotel awareness. You are one with an eye for detail, takes a hands-on approach of work and is creative with the ability to adapt to ever changing trends.
