Job description

mm2 Entertainment is Singapore’s leading media entertainment and content company with regional offices across Asia and the United States. In 2017, mm2 Asia Ltd became the first local film production company to be listed on the SGX-ST Mainboard. The group’s core business involves producing content for various platforms, including movies, TV, streaming services, short films, and digital formats.

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to apply for the role of Executive in Marketing, Programme Planning & Scheduling. This role involves working closely with the Program Manager to manage activities at *SCAPE. The successful candidate will assist in sourcing, curating, planning, liaising, managing, and executing events and activities at *SCAPE. This position is part of the IMDA Company Led Training (CLT) Program.

Responsibilities & Tasks
  1. Assist the Program Manager in planning and curating events and activities at *SCAPE.
  2. Collaborate with content teams to develop marketing plans for new content.
  3. Work with the marketing team to promote events through effective marketing strategies.
  4. Develop program plans and schedules to increase audience engagement, drive revenue, and coordinate short-term schedules for prime content across channels.
  5. Identify content gaps and opportunities to introduce new content and successful programs in alternative slots to launch new shows.
  6. Manage network scheduling to meet content and commercial needs.
  7. Sourcing relevant resources to support events and activities.
  8. Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  1. Diploma or Degree in Marketing; minors in Events Management or Hospitality Management are advantageous.
  2. Open only to Singaporeans and Singapore PRs due to program requirements.
  3. At least 1 year of experience in marketing, program planning, or event management; fresh graduates with relevant experience are also considered.
  4. Self-driven with proactive initiative-taking skills.
  5. Good knowledge of current marketing trends.
  6. Resourceful and detail-oriented.
