Job Description:

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Oracle IAM Specialist to join our Identity and Access Management (IAM) team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing, developing, implementing, and managing end-to-end IAM solutions using Oracle Identity Manager (OIM). You will play a key role in integrating applications, customizing user interfaces, and ensuring the security and scalability of our IAM environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Implementation:

• Design and implement scalable IAM solutions using OIM/OIG.
• Develop custom connectors to integrate OIM with various enterprise applications and systems.
• Configure and manage OIM workflows, approval policies, and entitlements.
• Customize self-service pages and UI components using Oracle ADF.
• Build Oracle SOA composites for workflow customizations.

Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in the end-to-end implementation of IAM solutions using Oracle Identity Governance.
• Proficiency in integrating applications using ICF-based framework connectors and managing roles via CRUD operations.
• Strong Java programming skills, especially for developing Event Handlers, Validation Plugins, and Scheduled Tasks using the OIM Java API.
• Experience with OIM BI Publisher for audit reporting, including branding and UI customization.
• Ability to reuse and extend existing Java frameworks for secure development.
• Exposure to REST APIs, web services, and best practices for secure Java development.

Administration & Management:

• Administer and manage OIM environments across different stages (DEV, QA, UAT, PROD).
• Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of the IAM platform.
• Proactively monitor system performance and health.

Security & Compliance:

• Develop and enforce IAM policies and best practices.
• Work closely with the security team to identify and resolve vulnerabilities.

Support & Troubleshooting:

• Provide technical support for access-related issues and incidents.
• Troubleshoot and resolve OIM-related problems effectively.

Good to Have:

• Hands-on experience with Oracle Access Manager (OAM).
• Familiarity with AS400 systems and infrastructure.
• Working knowledge of Unix/Linux scripting.
• Strong SQL skills for data queries and reporting.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
• Relevant Oracle certifications are a plus.
