Job Scope

We are seeking an influential and dynamic Global Senior Leader for Business Development to spearhead our business expansion and revenue growth strategies on a global scale. The Senior Leader will be responsible for developing and executing aggressive growth strategies, managing key customer relationships, and forging new strategic partnerships. To succeed, you should be a seasoned strategist with extensive knowledge of the contract manufacturing sector, a proven sales track record, and expertise in forming high-level global partnerships.

Roles and Responsibilities
Development and Execution of Growth Strategies:
  • Lead the development, refinement, and execution of global growth strategies for our contract manufacturing services.
  • Analyze market trends, client needs, and competitors to inform strategy.
  • Develop unique selling propositions and action plans to accelerate growth.
Customer Relationship Management:
  • Develop and maintain key customer relationships worldwide.
  • Serve as the primary contact for key clients, ensuring high satisfaction and negotiating strategic contracts.
Business Development:
  • Implement new business initiatives in existing and new markets.
  • Engage prospects, build relationships, and close deals to drive growth.
Strategic Partnerships:
  • Identify and forge strategic alliances, joint ventures, and partnerships to enhance global growth.
Cross-functional Leadership:
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, operations, and engineering teams throughout product lifecycle stages.
  • Align business decisions with company strategy and objectives.
Team Development:
  • Represent the company professionally and ethically, serve as a role model, and mentor future leaders.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 15 years of senior management experience, preferably with global responsibilities in contract manufacturing.
  • Successful track record in developing and executing growth strategies.
  • Excellent negotiation and leadership skills.
  • Customer-focused with the ability to convert needs into business opportunities.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in contract negotiations and strategic partnerships.
  • Global business acumen and understanding of market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or related field; Master’s preferred.
  • Willingness to travel globally.
  • Open to Manager, Senior Manager, Director, or Vice President level candidates; compensation based on experience.
