Your new company

My client is an established global sports technology organization with a presence in over 20 countries. They are looking for a Head of Human Resources to oversee the APAC region, based in Singapore.


Your new role

This position involves leading people operations in APAC, advising stakeholders, and ensuring effective service delivery. As the Site Lead in Singapore, you'll oversee office operations, localize global strategies, and promote employee engagement, innovation, and productivity while maintaining cost efficiency.

The role includes responsibilities such as HR process optimization, employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, operational support, compliance, benefits administration, employee engagement, mobility and immigration, and site leadership. You will manage office operations, budgets, ensure legal compliance, and drive employee retention.


What you'll need to succeed
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of HR experience, with 5+ years in leadership
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and office management
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office
  • Fluency in English; Mandarin is a plus for Taiwan support
