Job description

We are seeking a dynamic Account Executive AR to join our manufacturing company. The Account Executive AR will be responsible for managing accounts receivable processes, maintaining financial records, and ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments.

Job Description

- Perform Receivable end to end (AR) function, including collections, reconciliations, statement of account and reporting
- Monitor outstanding receivables, follow up on overdue payments, and maintain an updated aging report
- Perform weekly activities such as bank reconciliation and online receiving reconciliation
- Conduct month-end closing activities such as bank reconciliation, preparing prepayment, accrual schedules and general ledger entries
- Perform any other duties assigned from time to time

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Min Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in accounts receivable, preferably in the manufacturing industry
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in using accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks, Xero, Navision) and MS Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of manufacturing industry processes and terminology is a plus
