Job Description

  • Responsible for the day-to-day operations and administration of an Italian restaurant.
  • Ensure operating standards comply with procedures and standards established by the F&B Department.
  • Conduct daily roll-call with the service team to enhance operational effectiveness, maintain restaurant cleanliness, ensure accurate food orders, service quality, and promote restaurant initiatives.
  • Plan and execute events, working closely with the kitchen team to ensure accurate and prompt food service during events, consistently exceeding standards and guest expectations.
  • Pay attention to details and foster a culture of high standards throughout the team, emphasizing customer service and management excellence.
  • Be knowledgeable in all service techniques, actively seek guest feedback, and respond to service issues professionally with appropriate service recovery measures.
  • Motivate and develop a high-performing team that understands and commits to clear goals and targets.
  • Ensure operational profitability by suggesting and implementing improvements to meet sales targets.
  • Manage reservations, staff rosters, recruitment, daily sales reports, inventory reports, and other operational reports for management review.
  • Supervise employees and provide training and development plans.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the outlet and oversee periodic and preventive maintenance of equipment and assets.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least 2-3 years of relevant experience in casual/fine dining or event execution.
  • Strong financial management skills, business acumen, and knowledge of the latest sales and marketing trends.
